this speech = my excuse for origins. in case you didn’t catch it, pete’s done a yo-yo — born in the suburbs, went to high school in southern illinois (when his parents got divorced and his mother got custody and went to live with her family), back to chicago for college. as in, columbia COLLEGE in CHICAGO, folks. pete’s not that bright.
i’m not TOO displeased with the art in this one. i’m actually kind of impressed i could draw that small. and write that small. i want to write a song called jenna has a dick.
jimmy’s fucked up teeth = EXPLAINED! he’s from southern illinois! it all makes sense now! (more backstory later. i don’t wanna spoil it all!)
also i was roughly six in 1992, so i’m not entirely sure if grunge had its heyday yet. but hey, pete was always trying to be on the cutting edge of music (like hating cobain, because he’s “so passe” … and not yet dead at that point!) early.
they’re pissing at the damen blue line, btw.
um, what else? if you can’t read it, ask for the script, i’ve got it lying around.

That was your best strip yet. I found it particularly hilarious. I would download (but not pay money for) any song called, “Jenna has a dick,” or “Cuntface.” Also, I’m tempted to make an icon of your Illinois map.
